Edgewater Environmental Consulting, LLC (EEC) was founded in 2013 with the goal to be the go‐to experts in energy and inspection services for our clients. Since then we have grown and have expanded our services to include mold assessment and indoor air quality services, insulation and crawlspace solutions.
We pride ourselves in our experience working with builders to achieve their energy efficiency and building goals. We are proactive in helping our clients prepare for what’s next when it comes to energy program requirements and energy codes.
Our team of RESNET® Certified HERS Raters and Rating Field Inspectors are highly trained in energy and building science and receive ongoing education to ensure that they are providing our clients the most accurate and efficient services possible.

According to RESNET, a home energy rating and audit provide a standard measurement of a home’s energy efficiency. Ratings are used for both new and existing homes.
